Loveplus+ Announced. HOTTEST Dating Sim in Japan Now
Loveplus has announced a sequel.
Finally a Loveplus for female users!?
No, not really...
What the...
Don't act too extreme...
So, what kind of Loveplus this time?
"Loveplus+", I think it should be pronounced "Loveplus Plus". It should be a version up of Loveplus.
Official information will be on February 10's Weekly Famitsu.
Loveplus launched on September 3, 2009. It is still HOT in Japan.
Firstly, its sales is really good. As a dating sim, it has sold 0.2 million copies. Though it is less than another KONAMI's dating sim Tokimeki Memorial, that figure is still charming. Now Loveplus+ is announced, the old Loveplus won't sell any more. However, the total sales of the 2 versions will be great.
Not only sales. It had became a social phenomenon.
It had been mentioned by various magazines and TV shows. Dating sim seldomly achieve that, but Loveplus succeed.
A guy held wedding with the character of Loveplus. That's why TV shows are interested in this game.
Held wedding with a game character...
Japan is a strange country huh.
Till now, only one man had done such thing...
This is it. Loveplus' popularity is ridiculous. And now there will be a new Loveplus in Japan. We better pay attention to its sales and news.

Japanese women are busier than ever, and building and maintaining a relationship is not a high priority. It’s often difficult for Japanese women to find time to date because of their commitments to work, family, and friends. A man is last on the Japanese woman’s to-do-list ? her job, school, family and social obligations come first. No offense, guys ? it’s just Japanese culture at work. Japanese women in particular are often faced with a lot of cultural expectations to be busy ? no matter what country you happen to see them. They are always attentive at work, and often engaged with a busy social calendar with their group of friends.
