PlayStation 3's motion controller finally announced huh. |

It's called "PlayStation Move", and will be launched in Autumn. |

Firstly, Sony Computer Entertainment anticipates the release of more than 20 games either dedicated to or enabled with the PlayStation Move platform in 2010. Also, there are 36 third party companies all over the world supporting it. Here is the list.

You're right. And there is a "Subcontroller" too. You can play one-handedly with PlayStation Move or use both hands with the Subcontroller. |

Their playing methods are too similar, and PS3's graphic is better, so Wii should be affected. |

Other companies are concerning too. Those companies which used to think like "better graphic sales better" would simply join PlayStation Move. |

But it can't guarantee sales actually. Remember, Wii is bundled with Wii Remote from the beginning, but PS3 isn't. It really need some attractive games to make gamers buy an extra controller. |

Depends on games. Even though it sells quite an amount to core gamers, that is meaningless. It should target those light users as the Big N does, and try to extend PS3's share to a new frontier. |

If a new comer want to buy a "full set", that would be quite expensive. |

"Wii Sports" is the only game became successful due to motion control. I don't think PS3 can provide any gaming which is revolutionary different from "Wii Sports". |

And at the end, Nintendo succeed because its promotion is good. But SCE's TV commercial is too bad and it can only promote its product to core users till now. |

It could have great promotion if Sony is wealthy, but Sony isn't doing so well nowadays. I don't know how important is PlayStation Move for the whole Sony Group, so I worry its result. Anyway, hope it can do well both in software and promotion. |

The Nintendo 3DS won't be released until February in Japan, and March in the USA and Europe. That sucks. But in any case at least it's not that far away.
