Creators in Game Companies Become Salarymen

Nowadays game companies enter stock market and they consider academic result quite important.
Good academic result has problem?

That's simple. Creators left the company the only those salarymen remain. Capcom, SQUARE ENIX, BANDAI NAMCO and Tecmo are all in the same situation. Old creators left and form their own companies. Only rubbish remain in big company so real creator can only create game outside.

As I said old developers are loser and they only doing fine when they do what they like. Now they already have nothing new to create and just stay to get salary. They don't pay effort to change themselves and learn more to deal with the new movement.
As for those young staff, are they really that bad?
Not really. A company full of salarymen can be successful.

Nintendo!?
Nintendo nowadays is composed by salarymen. Only a few creators exist, e.g. Shigeru Miyamoto. The Big N only need a few creators to turn 0 to 1. Then they have a whole army of salarymen to do 1+1 until it becomes 10. That's how Brain Age and WiiFit, WiiSports being created.

Why can't other companies do the same?
Those graduate joining Nintendo are the best. As the Big N is really famous and the salary is high.
How about other companies?
Other companies' brand value can't compare with Nintendo. Good graduate would choose finance or doctor. Those guys who choose game companies other than Nintendo, their academic status are not the best, such staff can't continue 1+1 until 10.

And they can't turn 0 to 10. Well if they can do 1+1 until 8, that's good enough, but they fail.
Why?
Top of the companies don't give their staff time and money, so they can only do 1+1 till 5. These are salarymen and they are making games. That's why new games nowadays have low quality.

By the way, we users need to pay attention to those games made by real creators and full effort. That would be the best message of what we want and grow the next-gen developer in game industy.
Users need to determine what is good and what is bad.
Lastly, I know what we have said is impolite to many staff in game industry. Hope you can rebuke us with your games. If you can create something great, we're wrong then. If you can't, this mean there should be some problem exist in your company and I hope you can think about it and solve the situation.
