	Former Capcom Head Keiji Inafune is just another Yoichi Wada of SQUARE ENIX.
	Why?
	You can know from the interview about his resignation. Games need to be oversea-oriented, and that needs oversea game developers. That's his opinion.
	What's wrong with that?
	The idea is right. But the next opinion following that is problematic.
	What did he said?
	He said that Capcom should fire his own staff.
	And give the job to foreign developers huh.
	This idea is just the same as Yoichi Wada of SQUARE ENIX.
	Is that bad?
	Cutting rubbish is right, but why did the staff become rubbish? The company never train the staff and when they become rubbish company just fire them. Another problem is company don't place the right staff to the right section. If Keiji Inafune imitate SQUARE ENIX's style, he is just another Yoichi Wada.
	The top need to consider the staff.
	By the way, Capcom likes to hire new staff with good terms. I had seen their recruitment near Tokyo Game Show. Capcom just doing opposite of Keiji Inafune's style.
	Huh.
	Also, there was a drama talking about the hard environment of game development there. Quite scary.
	Anyway, it seems Keiji Inafune's style of firing staff is different from Capcom's ideal so he just resign huh.
	Capcom never say they won't hire oversea developers though.
	Really.
	So Keiji Inafune shares the same style with Yoichi Wada. Even though the style is the same, he won't make somekind of Front Mission Evolve I suppose.
