	It will combine with Dwango's AG-ONE. We had talked about AG-ONE on May 14, 2010 entry "5pb. Tie-up with Dwango Group and Good Smile Company". This time AG-ONE and 5pb. will form a new company named "MAGES.".

	Their business would be similar to 5pb., but adding some sectors from AG-ONE. Here are their sectors. Gaming Business / 5pb.Games Music Business / 5pb.Records Event Business / Animelo Summer Live etc. School Business / Dwango Creative School Talent Mangement Business / ARKRAY Shop Produce Business / Afilia Radio Produce Agency Business / Bunka Housou "Chou! A&G" etc. License Business / SEED PROJECT etc. Commerce Business / Niconico Chokuhan etc.
	So the game by them would be under the name of MAGES.?
	From their sector list we can expect the brand of 5pb. remains, but can't guarantee the future.

	Dwango wants its name to be the brand, but 5pb.'s brand value as consumer game maker is firm. They can't throw away the name easily.

	5pb.'s financial status is really bad. I thought they are earning money but that's just not the case. We should pay attention to their future. Shouldn't get worse any more though.
