Capcom has announced the termination on Rockman DASH3(3DS) development project.
What kind of decision?
There was the following announcement.

This time, Rockman DASH3 development termination announced.

In this title, we aim to share the delopment process with our users at the beginning of the project.

Also, in the process, and comments received from you is as important information we have taken.

However, at the recent stage, we found that many terms not yet met for actual development for this title.

In other words, what does that mean?
This is the decision based on low popularity of 3DS.
What....
Well, Nitendo 3DS itself have problems for sure, as we have mentioned earlier, the resignation of Keiji Inafune affected this alot.
Regarding the resignation of Mr Keiji Inafune, COVERED BY 30-Oct-2010 Keiji Inafune, General Manager of Capcom developers resigned, the affection on Capcom title release schedule etc.. Below had stated.

Rockman DASH3 was one of the title led by Inafune. In addition, the development of Rockman Universe had also terminated.
Termination on development announced on 31-Mar-2011.
The timing is different so I think this time is largely affected by the low popularity of 3DS. Well, we could expect this result from his resignation. It is sad for Rockman fans, but no way....

"I love your conversation. Seems PlayStation Network had a breakdown from April 21 noon. I thought it was my PS3 or modem's problem, but I heard it was cyberattack. Did Sony compromise with hacker in the past?" (submission)

Still not recovered on April 25. Here is an announcement on April 24 .

Long trouble huh.
According to SCE's comment, they need more time, but strengthening system security is not easy, they need lots of try and error.
How about the hacker?
Such emergency should be result from outside, so hacker's attack is possible. Weć‚»don't know the truth though. Well, if they can improve their security that would be good for SCE's future.
I see.
How about the economic influence?
Download sales terminated. If the situation continue, users may leave. Customer may go to court against SCE for can't accessing the network. This induces cost. Anyway, security is more important, better check thoroughly.
So we can think positively.
But such unified system would make all service stop if it has trouble. Better not to concentrate at SCE, but allow us to access other makers' service. That would be a better system. This time the total collapse is partly due to SCE's arrogance.
Other makers should learn a lesson to tackle such problem huh.
As user, we better wait patiently for a safer service.
